Log in to your account.
Navigate to the “My Orders” section in your profile. -
Find the order you want to cancel.
Browse through your recent orders and select the one you’d like to cancel. -
Click on “Cancel Order”.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see the option to cancel it. -
Confirm your cancellation.
Follow the prompts to finalize the process.
Important:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
- If the option to cancel is not available, the order may have already been shipped. In this case, you can consider returning the product after it is delivered.
